It isn't really too much of a stretch to say that Amy, Rory, and Craig all missed the Cyber-invasion. They would all have been aware of the ghosts, but I doubt that there were too many ghosts or Cybermen in Leadworth. Maybe there was one, but I doubt that the Cybermen would really bother with such a small town.
