<p style="line-height: 16.8pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto">While a member of the Sisters of Plenitude, Hame didn't seem to be entirely comfortable with using "the Flesh" for medical research, but she didn't question the policies of the Sisterhood and just did her job. When the Doctor confronted her with these crimes against clones, Hame protested that they were not true humans and they needed test subjects.</p>

<p style="line-height: 16.8pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto">By the time she was reunited with the Doctor thirty years later, Hame had dealt with the guilt she felt for her crimes. She seemed to feel remorse for what the Sisters of Plenitude had done to "the Flesh". She told the Doctor that she had searched for redemption. She greeted the Doctor as though he were an old friend, although they had parted on poor terms, and hugged him when she found him.</p>

<p style="line-height: 16.8pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto">Hame had a good relationship with the Face of Boe, keeping him company while working for the Sisters of Plenitude and tending him after she was arrested. The Face protected her from a lethal virus that was set loose on New Earth. When the Face of Boe died, Hame started weeping. She referred to the Face as "my lord".</p>
