| Steed is a Classabindi from the next universe. After he escaped the big bang that destroyed his universe, he [[time travel]]ed back past the creation of his universe, the [[End of the Universe|end of this universe]], and landed in the early [[21st century]].

| According to the physical laws of this universe he was able to become a [[Great One]] and used his power to create the Classabindi Empire which lasted only for several hours. | Having watched Series 4 I think it was great. I hope Davros is not dead. Like Davies said, he has a history of using escape pods. Like most people, I do hope the Rani returns and I can't wait till 2010.)
