Spencer James lived in Hounslow in 2067.
He wrote to the Universal Secret Service to request information on the Astrans, a species which he noted the crew of Fireball XL5 were currently engaged with. In response, a short history of the Astrans and their native planet Astra was printed for his viewing. (PROSE: Information Service)
