A Squiggly whatsit was the name given to a piece of technology by the Eleventh Doctor.
Amy could not understand why the Skeleton People were angry with him for saving them from the Toad-King, but the Doctor theorised it was because he took their "squiggly whatsit," because he did not think they should have it. (PROSE: Nothing O'Clock)
