Ambassador Ssilas was an Ice Warrior who served as a Martian ambassador. He worked with the Eighth Doctor to liberate Peladon, destroying Barok's power station and discreetly passing a sonic blaster to Arla Decanto for her to use to threaten Barok. (AUDIO: The Truth of Peladon)
