StarCon was a convention of importance to the Church of the Outsiders. DVDs of the 1992 StarCon were very expensive after footage of the convention were deleted. Erin Lewis told Ianto Jones about this when he joined the Church, one such DVD being available to him. (AUDIO: Believe)
