Stenza recall device
A Stenza recall device was a teleportation device included in a Stenza transport pod designed to teleport the pod's user back to the Stenza homeworld.

When aspiring Stenza leader Tzim-Sha came to Earth to hunt Karl, the newly-regenerated Thirteenth Doctor found the recall device in his pod. The Doctor took the device with her into a confrontation with Tzim-Sha on top of a crane where the Doctor threatened to destroy the device and strand Tzim-Sha on Earth. The Doctor offered Tzim-Sha the choice of using the recall device to go home or being stranded forever. Tzim-Sha instead detonated the DNA bombs his Gathering coil had planted in the Doctor and her friends but discovered too late that the Doctor had transferred them into the coil and through the coil into Tzim-Sha. The Doctor tossed Tzim-Sha the recall device and as Karl kicked the Stenza off the crane, he activated it and teleported away. (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
However, the recall device did not take Tzim-Sha home, having been corrupted by the Doctor. Instead, Tzim-Sha was teleported to Ranskoor Av Kolos "halfway across the universe," near death from the effects of the DNA bombs.
