Steve Morley (born in Bradford, West Yorkshire) played Walters in the Doctor Who television story Earthshock.

Morley is best known for playing Sgt. Stuart Lamont in The Bill. His other credits included Within These Walls and Waiting for God.
In 2018, Morley shared his memories of playing Walters and his career in general for an interview with The Bill Podcast.
