Strato was a Time Lord who piloted the Battle TARDIS that picked up Susan Campbell when she accepted summons to the Last Great Time War. Veklin accompanied him.
He was in his final incarnation at this time, meaning he died when the Daleks invaded the TARDIS and shot him. (AUDIO: Sphere of Influence)
