Sunderland F.C. was an English football team which represented Sunderland at football tournaments. Their home stadium was Roker Park.
Ian Chesterton was a supporter of the club, as was his father. As a child, Ian and his father often stood on the terraces of Roker Park to watch the team play home matches on Saturday afternoons. The pair never went to away matches. (AUDIO: The Flames of Cadiz)
