Super-Skaro year

The Super-Skaro-year was a Skaro-year in which all the Dalek Commanders returned to Skaro from distant galaxies. One such year fell in the 40th century, (COMIC: The Brain Tappers[1]) and saw the Golden Emperor's annual reelection opposed by the the Commander of the Red Extra-Galactic Squadron.
