The TARDIS Gang was the term used by Flip Ramon to refer to herself, the Sixth Doctor and Constance Clarke. (AUDIO: Scorched Earth) Flip had previously travelled with the Doctor (AUDIO: The Curse of Davros, etc.) and, after being transported to 1948, joined him and Constance on their travels.
