The ninth issue of The Daredevils was cover dated September 1983. Although it didn't contain any Doctor Who comic strip reprints, it continued to print DWU comics - in this case, Waiting for the End of the World.
Waiting for the End of the World is relevant for its inclusion of the Special Executive, who first appeared in the DWM comic story Black Sun Rising.
