Tag Menkin was a salvage merchant who went to the planet Drakkis. He stole the Doctor's TARDIS as he thought it was scrap. Whilst trying remove the Doctor from his ship, he was killed by a sand serpent. (AUDIO: The Sontaran Ordeal)
