The Tahnn were a race at war with the Weave. Nathaniel Porter was killed by a Weave/Tahnn hybrid and his appearance was then taken. The hybrid then continued to live as Porter until he was uncovered by the Eleventh Doctor. (PROSE: The Glamour Chase)
