Talbar was a snailer who dealt in scrap metal. She was annoyed about having the Wrath Empire on her doorstep. She met the Seventh Doctor after he fell out of his TARDIS. She was recommended to the Doctor. She travelled in a Space Snail, called Hercules, to salvage wreckage from the Wrath War. She tracked the Doctor when Vienna Salvatori kidnapped him. She later rescued him again when Vienna's ship was attacked. (AUDIO: The Shadow Heart)
