Did 13 Bannerman Road belong to Lavinia?

Clyde, in "The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith" says "But Sarah Jane's loaded, right. All this money from her aunt. The house." and to me, this is evidence that 13 Bannerman Road belonged to Lavinia, who gave it to Sarah Jane, her last living relative, at her death.

Her aunt owned a house in Moreton Harwood -- see A Girl's Best Friend. While Bannerman Road might have been a pied a terre, the absence of mention of the other house would indicate to me that she sold the house and bought this one, since aliens love London -- must be the shopping. I have seen A Girl's Best Friend. I cannot remember which episode it is stated in, but in one of the Sarah Jane Adventures episodes, it says that Sarah Jane "inherited the bulk of her aunt's estates" which probably included Bannerman Road, after all, Lavinia Smith was a rich woman - and most of it, it seems, Sarah Jane inherited. The house, architecturally, was an older, Tudor bricked home rather unlike the rest of Bannerman Road, which were all modern detached houses. Inside, the living room was quite small and held an old television and objects collected by Sarah Jane Smith in her travels.
