What in Rise of the Cybermen stated any alcohol was banned in the 21st century? Presumably bootlegging doesn't automatically mean "bootlegging during prohibition". -- Tybort (talk page) 14:14, February 21, 2013 (UTC)
- It's never actually stated outright, just implied - during her birthday party, Jackie says that her parties are famous for "plenty of black market liquor," then apologises to the President for saying it. TARDIStraveler ☎ 14:54, February 21, 2013 (UTC)
