When neutral industry observers are calling it a "story" instead of a story — as now cited in the article — it's non-narrative. I've therefore removed (comic story) from the title and refactored the thing a bit.
It's of course possible that this will tie in to whatever the first story of the Titan run of Thirteenth Doctor stories turn out to be. If that happens, then this can be rightly regarded as a prelude and therefore a part of a larger story. At that point, we can easily re-add "(comic story)" and treat it like one of the 1990s DWM "preludes" for Virgin New Adventure novels, like Prelude Birthright.
But until then, this thing shouldn't be used as the basis for writing any in-universe content.
