The fact that K9 is being repaired during this story provides very little grounds for setting this story after Leisure Hive. For one thing, K9 is constantly being repaired throughout the series, meaning this story could literally take place at any point after the beginning of Season 17. This story, however, is unlikely to have taken place after Season 18 mainly because the Doctor is still wearing his pre-Season 18 attire. And I don't just mean that's what he's wearing on the cover; during the course of the story he names off the colors of his scarf meaning he couldn't possibly be wearing the red scarf that he wears during Season 18. And let's also not forget that the theme music that is used is also pre-Season 18, in contrast to the Fourth Doctor story The Invasion of E-Space, which uses the Season 18 opening theme due to taking place during this time. I think these factors add up to show that this story does, in fact, take place before Season 18 and should be considered over K9 "being repaired" when placing the story in the Doctor's timeline. –Nahald ☎ 22:55, August 7, 2015 (UTC)
