Is having The at the start of 'Battle of Canary Wharf' grammatically correct? I think, in terms of grammar 'Battle of Canary Wharf' is correct, adding a The would mean changing it to 'The Battle for Canary Wharf'. --Tangerineduel 17:03, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

It mentions that the Cybermen combated the Daleks with heavily-armed Cybermen. Where was it confirmed?

essentially the Doctor and Pete versus everyone else???[[edit source]]
....Nope. The Daleks wanted to destroy both the earth and the Cybermen. The Cybermen were fighting the Daleks and wanted to take over the world. Torchwood wanted to stop the Caleks and Cybermen.
State in the timeline[[edit source]]
Did this battle still take place in the Doctor Who timeline or was it erased by the cracks in time? Amy, Rory, Clara and Bill have all been shown to not know what Daleks are when meeting them. This would suggest that the cracks in time removed this event but that is contradicted by the fact that people still seem to be aware of what the Cybermen are. The news reporter on the TV in the mausoleum in the Series 8 finale refers to them by name and says that they "now have the ability to fly" which insinuates that humanity still remembers the Cybermen.
