I can't find much regarding any licensing, other than Cultural references to the Doctor Who universe/1980s, which claims it to be unlicensed, but is it worthy of a page for its first episode? - I have deleted it for now. If it actually is licensed and the page is allowed to exist on the wiki, it's fairly easy for an admin to restore. Shambala108 ☎ 01:05, 28 August 2022 (UTC)
