Companion

I think Courtney might need to be categorized as a companion of the Twelfth Doctor, as we see her travelling with him at the end of The Caretaker (we don't know for how long). And that is even beyond her announced involvement in other episodes (being intentionally vague to avoid violating spoiler policy. President

considering how unlikely it is that a british schoolgirl would meet the natural born citizen of the united states and 14 year resident requirements to be the US president, does it not seem more likely that the doctor was being sarcastic when he said she would be the US president?

First, the real world law that exists in present day 2014 may not transfer to the DW universe. Second, there are multiple possibilities which she may qualify without breaking that law if, indeed, it does exist in the DW universe. For instance, we have no proof she wasn't born in the United States. She could have been adopted or her parents could have been in the U.S. for some reason when she was born. She could have dual citizenship. Or, by the time she becomes President, that particular requirement for the President could have been amended. Mewiet ☎ 01:14, October 5, 2014 (UTC)
