Possible deletion?

I think a case could be made for this page being deleted. The majority of the appearances are of the Dalek Time Strategist individual, and only about 4 stories actually features the Dalek Time Strategists as a Dalek sub-species. Therefore, most of this page's info is shared with Dalek Time Strategist (The Shadow Vortex)/Appearances. Is it really worth having this info copied twice over across two separate appearance lists? And if not, is there much point in having an appearance page that only lists 4 appearances? Thalek Prime Overseer ☎ 11:16, 12 May 2023 (UTC)

I think it's useful to represent the appearances of this type in some manner, because even if only (I think it's) 2 appearances don't involve that particular individual, they all are of this type. I do agree that the current way of doing things could be improved, however. Perhaps a more informative way would be to actually show which appearances don't involve the the Time War strategist. Whether that involves separating the two into separate tables (like Rassilon/Appearances or simply linking to Dalek Time Strategist (The Shadow Vortex)/Appearances (like at The Doctor/Appearances and then listing just the two Dark Eyes appearances, I'm not sure. I see what you mean, and I think the second option would work particularly well. A link to Dalek Time Strategist (The Shadow Vortex)/Appearances, as well as an accompanying sentence briefly explaining why those appearances aren't listed here, would be the best solution here.
