Was there a late 1990s/early 2000s reprint?[[edit source]]
One of the notes at the start of the article indicates that the 2011 reprint was the first in "over a decade" suggesting a reprint occurred in the late 1990s or early 2000s. I'm unaware of such a release; as far as I know there was a reprint in the early 1980s, and it's possible it was reissued in the early 1990s.
