Mention of unofficial version

Noticed that there is a statement about an unofficial "Special Edition" was that released on YouTube. Do we consider fan adaptations or revisions of existing official stories as items to be put on their pages? Not customarily. However, if, as was the case here, an actor from the official version returned to record additional material, that is BTS-worthy, in much the same way a wholly original fanfilm where the official actor reprised their role would be BTS-worthy.

For example, if you have in mind things like Ian Levine's "expanded edition" of Downtime — that might be worthy of a short note on the Downtime page by virtue of featuring Sylvester McCoy. Conversely, something like the recut "If World Enough & Time Were A 1960s Episode" production that made the rounds of Twitter recently, that has no place on this Wiki no matter how popular it might become.
