The template inviting discussion on a name change has been on the article since 24 December 2016. If there is no intention for there to be a discussion about it, or a name change, then the template should be removed. There's been no discussion, so why would we remove it? And I think you were misinterpreting User:Amorkuz's answer to User:Lezof123; he was telling him not to move the page, as only admins are allowed to move pages and in addition no moves are performed during the discussion phase. I agree that we definitely should dab it properly, and as what it is — a film, not a TV story. Sooner or later we'll get more theatrical Who stories — perhaps even valid ones; the theatrical intro to The Day of the Doctor could well have been valid if it hadn't decided to rip the fourth wall into tiny tiny shreds) — and it's best to start applying proper naming procedures now and not have to worry about it later, methinks. --Scrooge MacDuck ☎ 19:27, January 21, 2019 (UTC)

There was nothing said against this proposal in the more than two years it's been up, and the rename has become long-overdue in light of a third page with this title, namely that about the in-universe movie (as mentioned in The Day of the Doctor and so on).
