Raised eyebrow emoji[[edit source]]

Note – the raised eyebrow emoji might not be shown properly yet in some systems, as it is a new symbol, still being deployed, per emojipedia. The Unicode is correct, however, so do not remove. JagoAndLitefoot 23:28, April 22, 2017 (UTC)

The one(s) not in unicode[[edit source]]

How do we list the emoji(s) in the episode which are not at all in unicode right now? Simply a box, a question mark, or just straight to the description without an attempt at displaying it?

I listed the one I noticed not being in Unicode with just a description. JagoAndLitefoot 00:33, April 23, 2017 (UTC)

By the way I arranged them "alphabetically" (i.e. in Unicode order). JagoAndLitefoot 00:50, April 23, 2017 (UTC)

Oh oh, nice. There's also a key emoji before the bots unlock the [door to the spaceship?].

Yeah, I added a few more. JagoAndLitefoot 01:57, April 23, 2017 (UTC)

Emoji was? Emoji were?[[edit source]]

What's the sort of language used in the episode? Is it both singular and plural? Is "emojis" a thing here? The lead currently started "Emoji was...", not "Emoji were" or "An emoji was".

Bill says "it speaks emoji", which seems to be being used as a proper noun, the name of the language.--Skittles the hog - talk 00:31, April 23, 2017 (UTC)
The episode both uses "emoji" as the name of the language/character set and "an emoji/emojis" for individual symbols (although I think that's used inconsistently, the plural "emoji" is also used, as far as I remember). JagoAndLitefoot 00:33, April 23, 2017 (UTC)

Disparity between this and the TV story section[[edit source]]

There appear to be some emoji mentioned at Smile (TV story) which are not currently here. Here is the last that can be found there, at the time of this message:

    • 😃 – smiling face
    • 😊 - happy face
    • 💀 – a skull, a symbol of death
    • 😢 – crying face, one tear
    • 😭 - crying face, two tears
    • 💡 – a light bulb, symbolising a new idea forming
    • 😕 – puzzled face
    • 😮 - shocked face
    • 😯 - interested face
    • 😰 - worried face
    • 😦 - confused face
    • 🤔 - thoughtful face
      • can also have a drop of sweat
    • 😐 - suspicious face
    • 🤗 - open-armed smiling face
    • 😵 - dead face
    • 🔫 - under attack
    • 😡 - anger
    • 🗝 - key, interacting with locks
    • ❓ – question mark, indicating confusion
      • can also be a face with a question mark above
    • ❗️ - indicating awareness
    • 👍 – thumbs up, indicating approval
    • 💷 – pound sterling, indicating an interest in monetary gain

I might contest that "dead face", which is a different emoji to the one used in the episode, and I might even say that the pound emoji used in both articles is not quite what we see in the episode, either. (We see the actual pound symbol in their eyes.) One that stands out that's missing here is the worried face, for example. Any thoughts?
