While it is true, that "Ragnarök" leads to a renewal of the world, you can say the same about Armageddon, which after some ofter happenings will ultimately lead to the new Jerusalem where Jesus will reign over a paradiscic new world much in the same sense like with the Ragnaroek - and even when it's name does mean END of the gods, all the AEsir will be reborn in new and more perfect bodies like the rest of the worlds population, again a similarity to the revelation stories...92.50.94.35 23:35, December 10, 2010 (UTC)
