I'm not familiar with this source, but would something like Category:Real world people who appeared in archive footage be a better fit for this situation than Category:BBV Productions actors? I'm hesitating because "Category:Real world people who appeared in archive footage" currently only seems to be covering famous figures who appeared as themself in reused news/documentary footage, rather than actors who played roles in reused film footage.
