Is Henry John Lethbridge-Stewart's name revealed in The Soothsayer, or are we just extrapolating who his parents are because we know who started the Lethbridge-Stewart line?

The Soothsayer contains, as the title suggests, a Soothsayer. She tells Mary things about the future, such as her descendants who will save the Earth, and dying giving birth to her son, who is named as Henry John Lethbridge-Stewart in the story.
