Clarification[[edit source]]

I'm planning to write the plot but it is a complicated story and I want to be sure that I've wrapped my head round it, as I already made the mistake of thinking Panda / Godfather Terne were one and the same (and had to revert my edits last night).

Basically my interpretation is;

Godfather Valentine and Cousin Sparrow kidnapped Panda and placed him into the body of fourteen year-old Sam Trent (who for some reason has a backstory about slavery - which I can't understand the relevance beyond Iris working out that his backstory is false, but maybe that was the entire point of that subplot?). Sam also seemingly acts as a prison guard for the Boulevard and was the young boy Terne/Nestor see on the train?

Terne himself experienced being abandoned by his parents, his sister being murdered and then him being hanged for thieving. At the moment of his hanging Terne was saved by FP and was recruited by them. He performed a ritual where he murdered Nestor in a grisly fashion. He was later imprisoned in the Boulevard.

Eventually Valentine and Sparrow orchastrated a meeting between Iris and Sam (Panda) and made it seem like the Boulevard was breaking (which it was not). As part of this they corrupted Terne's time loop which showed false scenes such as Nestor being the one getting hanged as Terne watched on (have I got this right?). In the end Iris thought she destroyed the Boulevard and Valentine/Sparrow were convinced that it would mean she'd never return there to look for Panda.

If anyone else has read this story I'd be interested to hear their thoughts and if I've come to the correct conclusions. DrWHOCorrieFan 21:14, 18 December 2022 (UTC)
