Talk:Magda (The Blue Angel)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Just worth pointing out, I just searched a PDF of The Blue Angel for Magda, and she's in the story, but she isn't referred to by name.

Haven't read The Blue Angel yet, but the Magda from Enter Wildthyme knows nothing of the Obverse. This page states that the version of Magda from The Blue Angel was from the Obverse, and the mother to the Obverse version of the Doctor, if this is true it seems pretty certain that The Blue Angel version of Magda is separate from the one appearing in The Dreadful Flap and Enter Wildthyme. We've ben sort of inconsistent as to when Obverse characters get their own page. Certainly Iris in the Obverse and Iris in N-Space are the same being; Gila has only one page; we don't have a page for the Obverse Fitz Kreiner that I know of. I think broadly we tend to treat the Obverse as more like River Song's World than Pete's World. Scrooge MacDuck 14:05, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
Interesting. I think that this page should still be called Magda (The Dreadful Flap) as this version of Magda first appeared in this story (as is the version who later appeared in Enter Wildthyme, Fellowship of Ink, etc). And, taking from @Epsilon's comment above, Magda wasn't even named in The Blue Angel? RadMatter 14:08, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
In The Blue Angel, she appears as the Obverse Doctor's mother. He never calls her "Magda", but she's a mermaid with an Eastern European accent. (Generally speaking, I do recommend reading books!) – n8 () 15:12, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
