Talk:Majenta Pryce

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

"Majenta appears in seven DWM comic strip stories as a companion, tying Rose Tyler for most DWM comic strip appearances. However if one includes her pre-companion appearance in COMIC: Hotel Historia, then Majenta becomes the DWM record-holder with eight comic strip appearances. "

Ace appears in thirteen DWM strips... 195.93.21.65 20:28, February 5, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, neither of those is a particular record. Frobisher and Izzy are much heavier hitters. Frobisher's got like 17 consecutive strips (more if you count the individually-named strips as separate stories), then there's the Where Nobody Knows Your Name reprise, and the standalone The Age of Chaos original graphic novel. And Izzy sits comfortably at similar levels, but is the absolutely undisputed queen for most actual years as the "current" companion. She was there from October 1996 to November 2002, not counting her reprise in The Flood. Nobody's ever gonna come close to six years ever again. (Ace might have, but she didn't start in the strip until after the end of the McCoy era, and a lot of the first half of the 1990s didn't feature the Seventh Doctor.)

One of?[[edit source]]

Majenta is described as one of the few non-humans to travel with the Tenth Doctor. Isn't she the only one? All the others are Rose, Mickey, Martha, Jack, Donna, Heather, Wolfie, Emily, and Matthew, right? Aren't they all human? Is this about Astrid Peth? She didn't travel anywhere with the Doctor. --Trebligoniqua 21:31, January 3, 2013 (UTC)

They might have meant Grayla, Koral or Rok Ma. -<Azes13 22:23, January 3, 2013 (UTC)
