I support (or may have suggested, I can't remember) the move to "Marc" or "Marc (Tartarus)". Just as neither of Romana's pages contain "Romanadvoratrelundar" because she is far more often called "Romana", so is the case with Marc. -- Saxon (✉️) 18:43, May 22, 2020 (UTC)
Apparently according to T:ONE NAME we shouldn’t disambugate if the character has a unique name that isn’t likely to reoccur. I would argue that Marcipor counts as a unique name. I’d be of the opinion that if it’s possible to just call him Marc without disambiguation then that’s the most accurate path to take but if it’s between disambiguating and leaving the article as Marcipor then I believe the article should stay as it is.
