The Last Great Time War???

Is there any reason this should be considered the last great time war and not the second war in heaven from the books? The doctor does refer to the war as "in heavcn" though at the same time it's an assignment from the time lords, which I can't remember if the doctor did at all during the second war in heaven. However, evidence would point to this story as a story set during the Second War in Heaven, as most BBC spin-off fiction is expressly prohibited from touching anything related to the new series(which is why Big Finish doesn't cover the Time War themselves). 129.63.222.171^{talk to me} 09:57, February 7, 2012 (UTC)
