Talk:Outbreak (audio story)

Currently this is represented as one story. I collected quotes from VOR 93 that describe it.

• "James Goss commissioned a lovely series of scripts from Guy Adams, Emma Reeves and AK Benedict ..."
• "... it was lovely to have everyone on board for an epic story."
• "The writing team ... were delighted to turn their hand to Big Finish's first full-cast Torchwood plays."
• "AK [Benedict] explains: "It felt thrilling to write a full-cast play. ..."" [regarding her script for Stage Three Invasion: Kill]
• Emma [Reeves] adds: "Doing a full-cast play was awesome. ..."" [regarding her script Stage Two Prodromal: Love]
• After a hectic week, the finished recordings were passed over to sound designer Martin Montague."
• And he [Blair Mowat] admits it's exciting to score the first full-cast episodes of the series for Big Finish."
• "there's no doubt that it's an epic story and that having all those characters together is just incredibly special."

In the end, it seems to be akin to Children of Earth (the similarities also being deliberate as this story is intended to be set between Series 2 and 3 of televised Torchwood). In the quotes above, the plural is applied to "plays", "recordings" and "episodes", but "story" always remains singular. In addition the cover bills it as "full-cast audio drama", again singular. Finally, the official page of the release does not even separate Incubation, Prodromal and Invasion (not even to give proper credit to the writers). Amorkuz ☎ 21:40, January 15, 2018 (UTC)
