The Scales of Injustice explicitly calls both Liz Shaw and the Doctor the scientific advisers [sic] to UNIT's commanding officer (i.e. Lethbridge-Stewart). Is there a point in season 7 or another source contradicting this where Liz is explicitly stated not to be in the role offered to her at the start of Spearhead from Space?
