Talk:Slave of the Hond

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

First mention[[edit source]]

It's worth noting that the Entity is first mentioned in The Restoration Empire. The short story states that at some point post-Daleks!, the Emperor finds out that this Entity is the, and I quote, "Slave of the Hond – a once-terrible race that had gone extinct in the Dark Times – were now, impossibly, extant once more.". This explains where the Hond come into the picture. The rebirth of both the Entity and its slavemasters, the Hond, were yet another clue for the Daleks that something was wrong with time, the first being The Last Message. Are pages named after appearances, or also mentions? If they're named after mentions too, then this would be The Entity (The Restoration Empire). Hope this is useful. Definitely by debut, if it's a concept who has in fact appeared at all. (We sometimes disambiguate by first mention when it's something which hasn't, actually, ever appeared.)
All of which being said, if "Slave" is indeed capitalised, it sounds like we should just rename this to Slave of the Hond.Scrooge MacDuck 03:38, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
It is indeed capitalised. TheFartyDoctor Talk 03:40, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
