Some anachronisms: A car's wing mirror is mentioned, when the earliest known mounted mirror on a car was in 1911. Rear-view mirrors didn't become common on road cars until 1914. There's also mention of a bulldozer, but these were apparently largely unknown in Britain until the 1940's, though the Doctor mentions that some of the equipment must have been imported from America.
