I can't find any other references to it besides https://screenrant.com/doctor-who-holiday-special-tardis-plot-hole-daleks-explained/ but, have the showrunners ever addressed the fact that the doctor basically killed a tardis? the wiki doesn't seem to acknowledge it as a plot hole or a possible development of the character (assuming the doctor now considers killing sentient beings other than the baddies an acceptable thing like the war doctor once did).
