I'm really not sure about this rename. The Doctor (in-universe fictional character) is very unwieldy, and the Doctor doesn't even exist in reality (shocker). Yes in the real world the Doctor is fictional character, but we're not gonna have (for example) Spider-Man (in-universe fictional character) for all the accounts that treat him as fiction, and I sincerely doubt anybody using this Wiki would ever think this page is about the "real" Doctor.
