I recently relistened to the Missy audios and I don't recall the Mark 45 being used to create the Master TARDIS. I remember the Mark 212 (or "Mark") being mind-wiped and flung into an Eye of Harmony, but I never reached the conclusion it was her Mark 45. Did I misunderstand the storyline or is this something that needs further investigation? If I've totally missed that on both listens then fair enough.
