So obviously it was noted before me that the letter from Jamie was delivered by the Seventh Doctor. Strictly speaking, this happens off-microphone, so to say: Victoria tells how she met the Seventh Doctor to the police and even mimics his speech. I agree that on TV that would have disqualified it from being an appearance. But in the Companion Chronicles, where half of the story is narrated anyway---I'm not sure. Any thoughts?
