Talk:The Warmonger (comic story)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Placement[[edit source]]

Would this story work as taking place between The Ghost Monument and Rosa (that’s where the Thirteenth Doctor’s article places the story)? We could potentially say it’s an adventure that occured on one of those "twelve occassions" where the Doctor was trying to take her companions back to Sheffield but kept missing (TV: Rosa), but I just wanted to hear what others thought. It is way too early to decide. Remember that speculation is strictly disallowed. This story is not even complete. Multiple TV adventures await. There will be 4 novels. We simply do not have the facts. Amorkuz 16:33, October 24, 2018 (UTC)
tbh I don’t understand how the majority of the non-TV story placements on this wiki are anything but speculation. TheFatPanda 17:19, October 24, 2018 (UTC)
I also believed that it was set during one of those failed attempts to return to Sheffield, just based on context clues and when Part One was released, if nothing else, but I know that really doesn’t mean anything. Sadly, I don’t think we can judge yet... GloverMist 09:37, October 28, 2018 (UTC)

Image removal[[edit source]]

Why do people keep removing the image I put to illustrate The Warmonger? TheFatPanda 15:25, November 1, 2018 (UTC)

Because these images did not conform with Tardis:Guide to images, which is also summarised at Help:Image cheat card. The most important rules:
  • put up licensing (which in this case is an "interior comic art",
  • make sure the image is a jpg-file that is no more than 100k,
  • the width should be at least 500px,
  • word balloons must be either fully in the image or not there at all,
  • it should be "landscape", not "portrait",
  • you should also add a category for the images of this particular comic story, in this case, Category:The Warmonger comic story images. Amorkuz 16:15, November 1, 2018 (UTC)
