Torchwood Four could be Torchwood India which was dismantled by Jack Harkness.

Speculation removed[[edit source]]
Although interesting, the speculation that 4 might have been dismantled when Ireland went independent has no real place here as it's pure speculation. I also removed the reference to Babylon 5 which is a bit of a stretch, and the speculation about Series 4 which was just silly, sorry. 23skidoo 18:36, November 30, 2009 (UTC)
