In the story, Skaak can still be said mentioning Earth, so I'm not entirely sure it was intended as a unique episode. If we do interpret it as a unique in-universe-only episode, I imagine it'd be renamed to "Doctor Who episode (November 2024)" (assuming that dab term, which I've used on the source page, is acceptable). - Skaak does mention Earth, but not necessarily that he and the person he's speaking to off-screen is Earth. For all we know, he's on an alien planet telling the Doctor that he intends to conquer Earth. 21:56, 10 November 2024 (UTC)
