Tannus Vallon

Tannus Vallon was part of the Chromatic Order of Dronid. He was tasked with stopping Havash Khavûl steal one of the Oubliettes. He followed him into the vortex but was injured. He was rescued by the Sixth Doctor and after recovering told them[statement unclear] what had happened. He went after Khavûl to the botanical gardens, but was killed by him.
