Tarla McCail was Sebastian Musgrove's girlfriend. While he was stationed on Monitoring Base XL-7, Tarla was killed by Daleks. Sebastian created a hologram of Tarla to keep him company. The alien Telxzana used the hologram of Tarla to communicate with Sebastian. (PROSE: Lonely Days)
